I love these recipes, hearty and delicious! This casserole can be prepared in advance and guessed when the whole family gets together to feed everyone! A set of products couldn't be easier, but what a cheese crust you get!
Ingredients
- 700 gr minced meat
- 1 pc onion
- to taste salt, black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp spice for meat
- 2 cups milk (1 in minced meat, 2 in eggs)
- 2 eggs
- 1 piece loaf
- 200 gr hard cheese
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tbsp butter
How to cook
Milk, loaf, cheese and minced meat can all be eaten separately! But we'll make a delicious casserole. You will need two glasses of milk, one for the meat filling, the other for the cheese filling.
Fry the minced meat and the onion grated on a coarse grater in vegetable oil, or rather, even evaporate excess moisture.
Then add salt, pepper, spices. Chopped parsley, flour with baking powder. And lastly, pour in the milk, mix well (warm up) and turn off the heating.
While the minced meat was being prepared, I prepared cheese and bread. Cut the loaf into pieces, cut off the crust and get small rectangles. Grated cheese on a coarse grater. Beat eggs lightly with a pinch of salt and mix with milk (second glass).
Put a layer of a loaf on the bottom in a prepared form (greased with butter). Distribute the minced meat on top (next layer). Another layer of bread, which we cover with cheese.
It remains only to fill everything with an egg-milk mixture and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour (it can be for several hours, for example, before dinner).
We bake our dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, 30 minutes. Oh, and it turns out delicious!
