Preparation
We take the carrots and pumpkin, wash them, peel them, cut the carrots and a piece of pumpkin into smaller pieces, put them in a blender container, pour in warm water and twist. Then we filter (it is important to strain through a strainer with large holes, then the juice will turn out to be thick, concentrated with pulp and is almost indistinguishable from squeezed out on a juicer).
