Everyone knows about the benefits of sprout juices (that they slow down old age and prolong youth). This is milk from wheat germ, which contains chlorophyll and vegetable protein (chlorophyll kills pathogenic bacteria in the blood and provides energy, and protein is involved in building tissues). Such milk is very valuable and with its regular use, the metabolism is enhanced and complete order is restored in the body.
Ingredients
1. Sprouts of three-day wheat (half a cup)
2. Ten-day wheat sprouts (bunch)
3. Water (2 glasses)
Preparation
We take wheat grains, put them in a container (semi-deep skull), fill them with cold water overnight so that the grain woke up, in the morning we drain the water and leave the grains for 2 days alone until sprouts hatch in 1 mm. It is already possible to make wheat milk from such wheat. You get white milk. To make greenish milk, then part of the wheat (germinated up to 5 cm in advance), the greens are cut with scissors and added to the "young" sprouted wheat, twisted on a blender with water, filtered through a strainer and a green sweetish vegetable wheat milk!
