My favorite food from the school canteen! Finally found the recipe. They are magic!

Ingredients:

200 gr. butter
130 gr. icing sugar
350 gr. flour
egg
0.5 sachet vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
0.5 hours. l. baking powder

For lubricating:

yolk
65 g. peanuts

Preparation:

1. Beat egg whisk mixer or a soft butter, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.

2. Sift flour and mix with baking powder and vanilla sugar.
3. Connect the oil mixture and the flour, dough.

4. Remove the dough in the fridge for half an hour to make it cool.

5. Sprinkle the table with flour, put cool the dough and roll it 6-7 mm thick.

6. Cut the dough first large diameter circle, then the recess or cup - a small circle in the middle.

7. Put rings on a tray or plate and put into the freezer for 25 minutes.

8. While rings are cooled to grind nuts. For example, in a blender or with a knife, it must be done fairly shallow. But not into the powder.

9. Pour nuts on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes, so that they are drying.

10. Beat the egg yolk.

11. Remove the dough from the freezer rings, brush with beaten egg yolk with a brush, then dip the greased side in the nuts, so they stuck to.

12. Cover the baking parchment and transfer it prepared rings.

13. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Finished ring nut to shift the dish and can be supplied.
