Coniferous water always helps us out both in the heat and in the cold

Coniferous water always helps us! Our great-grandmothers also knew about the healing power of conifers. They chose the strongest pine tree they liked and carried out wood therapy "recharged internal batteries" (hugged the tree). Many do this today, including us (health - from the tree!)

And our grandmothers always had coniferous needles (pine, spruce, fir ...) in stock for different needs. They made brooms from them, which they used to sweep the floor, lit the room, made various crafts from spruce wood that had antiseptic properties (toys children, talismans, charms ...), prepared useful infusions, steamed pine branches for bath inhalations, added needles to the "pulmonary" herbal preparations, squeezed aroma oils, etc.

Evergreens have great strength and help us in winter and summer, donating their most valuable phytoncides. Inhaling the wonderful scent of pine needles, you understand how useful it is. The feeling that "the lungs are singing!" (by the way, now it is very important). It is not for nothing that most of the sanatoriums are located among the pine trees.

O. Torsunov in one of his videos advised tying pine needles to the wrist of the left hand and foot to increase energy in the fight against viral diseases. IN. Zhdanov supports him, but attaches the pine roots! (everyone who can use the needles for recovery)

To support our immunity, we make here such a simple water infusion from needles (either from spruce, then from fir, then from pine, then from juniper ...). Or even all together for a more enhanced health-improving effect!

Ingredients:

1. Fir twig - 1pc

2. Pine branch - 1 piece

3. Spruce branch - 1 piece

4. Water - 1 glass

(you can take one kind of any needles)

Preparation

We got twigs, thanked nature for its gifts. They rinsed the branch, cut it into a jar with scissors (you can use a third of the branch, and put the rest in a glass of water for the next time).

The cut needles with branches were poured with hot water and left to brew for a couple of hours (you can use only one needle without branches). Strain through a strainer with small holes and the coniferous water is ready for use.

We drink in a glass 2 times a day, diluting with hot water (morning-evening), plus we add pine infusion to the water for cleaning the floor. And we have not been sick with colds for about 5 years ("pah-pah"). Perhaps thanks to the miraculous pine oils or all the actions that we do in combination.

Have a great winter day and good health, friends!
