Equalipt oil is used for inhalation (improvement of the respiratory tract). Eucalyptus essential oil gives us an unforgettable aromatherapy (you can take baths with it, ennoble the smell in the room, add to aroma candles, give each other a "eucalyptus" massage after working day).
Eucalyptus has a calming effect on the nervous system (relieves stress) and helps to collect thoughts (improves concentration, smoothes wrinkles and makes the skin beautiful. Eucalyptus is used for rinsing the mouth, treating wounds, etc.
We make this eucalyptus infusion (from silver eucalyptus, you can from narrow-leaved).
Ingredients:
1. Equalipta leaves - a handful
2. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take eucalyptus leaves, cut with scissors, pour boiling water (preferably up to 70 degrees) and insist in a thermo mug for about two hours (you can still squeeze it in a blender).
Then we filter through a strainer and sip during the day after each visit to public places. Add to tea, rinse your mouth, spray with a spray bottle "coloring" everything around!
