Good morning dear friends. In the morning for a change, you can drink "cedar coffee". It is also very pleasant, and it feels like drinking regular coffee.
Siberian food gives energy! There are a lot of vitamins and microelements in pine nuts (plus the "warming" amino acid arginine, thanks to which Siberian squirrels' paws do not freeze!)
If you want to get all vitamins from cedar kernels, but there is no time to peel pine nuts, then there is such a simplified version of their use.
Ingredients:
1. Pine nuts (handful)
2. Water (1 glass)
3. Honey (1 teaspoon), without it
4. Ground coffee (a third of a teaspoon) for the usual aroma, but better without it
5. Cinnamon (pinch)
Preparation
We soak pine nuts in the evening in cold water (or for 4 hours in warm water) (without peeling, because we need this pleasant woody taste).
In the morning, pour the "awakened" nuts into the blender container, add hot water (but not boiling water), ground coffee, cinnamon and a spoonful of honey. We interrupt everything together (about 30-40 seconds).
We filter through a fine strainer into a mug - and, as they say, the day was a success! :) The result is a delicious "cedar coffee"!
(And if you want "coffee with milk", then you can add 1 tablespoon of walnut kernels (peeled to unpeeled - and you get a similar taste!)
Thank you for your moral support, friends!
