Very tasty and juicy with a spectacular cake stuffed with chicken, cheese and mushrooms.
Such meat pie can be a real decoration of the festive table.
Festive and amazingly beautiful cake "Sunflower" with meat and cheese
Ingredients for the dough:
350-400 g of flour
170 ml of warm milk
1 tsp salt (no slides)
1 tsp Sahara
1 egg
50 g of melted butter
7 g of dry yeast
Ingredients for the filling:
200 g of chicken
100g of mushrooms
1 medium onion
salt - to taste
black pepper - to taste
100 g cheese
Ingredients for decoration:
1 egg yolk (for lubrication
pirogue)
10 g poppy
Preparation:
1. Separately mix dry ingredients (yeast, salt, sugar, flour) and separate the liquid (eggs, butter, milk).
Gradually add flour, knead the dough soft and pliable.
Leave the dough to rest for 1-1,5 hours.
2. Chicken, mushrooms and onions into small cubes. Sauté all ingredients separately, then combine.
Cheese grate.
3. The stuffing add chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste, a little bit of cheese (about 20 grams). To mix everything.
4. The dough is divided in 2 parts and roll 2 26-28 cm diameter circle.
5. The first round of test cheese sprinkled before reaching 1 cm to the edge.
6. In the center put the filling slide. Cover the top of the second sheet of dough. Seal the edges of the dough. Press the dough around the filling.
7. Make cuts at a distance of 3-4 cm, before reaching the roller coaster filled.
8. Each resulting petal turn upward zaschipnuv bottom and side lobe. A top a little spread.
9. Lubricate the yolk pie, and midway sprinkle with poppy seeds.
10. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees until golden.
