- Dice the butter and place in the freezer.
- Prepare a cake mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 20 cm).
- Lay parchment down, grease the sides with vegetable or butter.
Turn on the oven top + bottom and heat it up to 180 ° C degrees.
- Add baking soda to milk.
- Pour flour into a blender, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of baking powder.
- Add white and brown sugar to this.
- Stir all dry foods.
- Add cold butter to them and mix everything into crumbs.
- Pour all the crumbs into a bowl.
- Add chopped walnuts to this.
- Mix everything quickly and evenly.
- Pour half of the crumbs into a mold, tamp and put in the refrigerator.
- Grate the nutmeg and add it to the other half of the crumb.
- Add the egg and milk with soda to this.
- Stir everything until smooth.
- Remove the base from the refrigerator and carefully pour the whole mass onto it.
Send to the oven. Baking time from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- The cake is ready.
- When it cools down a little, you can remove it from the mold.
- From above it is smeared with warm honey.
- You can decorate the cake however you like.
