Hello friends! I offer you a recipe for "homemade sausage" performed by my husband. He is the initiator of this idea and will tell you about his recipe himself.
I understand that this is not real sausage, there are no phosphates and nitrite salt in it, so this product has little resemblance to sausage in color and taste, except in shape.
Let it be cutlets in a mug, the most important thing is that it is tasty and made from products that I stuffed there myself.

Sausage in a mug or steamed cutlets
As you know, there is no sausage without meat, so I have pork and chicken fillet here.
✔️ Pre-chop the parsley and garlic.
✔️ Stir the starch in the milk.
✔️ Load all products into the food processor.
✔️ If you use a meat grinder, then you will need to skip this whole mixture twice through the shallow grate.
✔️ Grind the mass until smooth.
✔️ Prepare circles in which will cook the sausage, grease them inside with vegetable or butter.
✔️ The circles should be cylindrical in shape that do not taper upward (otherwise you will have to do a cesarean).
✔️ Fill the mugs with minced meat so that about 2 cm remains on top.
✔️ Cover with lids or plastic wrap and put in a large saucepan.
✔️ Pour water about two thirds of the height of the mugs.
✔️ Turn on heat and bring to a boil.
✔️ Once the water has boiled, reduce heat to a minimum and cook the product for about 35-40 minutes.
✔️ The temperature inside the sausage should reach 80 ° C degrees.
✔️ Turn off the heating, let the water cool slightly so that you can take out the mugs and get the sausage (well, or cutlets).
