Thin buckwheat pancakes

  • Wash the eggs and break them into a kneading bowl.
  • Add sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of salt to this.
  • Mix.
  • Pour in milk, continuing to stir.
  • Sift the flour and slowly mix it into the milk.
  • Add vegetable oil to the mass.
  • The dough is ready, cover it with cling film and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Then mix well and you can bake.

  • You can add a little oil for the first pancake if you like.

Remember to stir the dough periodically.

3 eggs
400 ml milk
20 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
