Hello friends! I suggest a recipe for popsicles. It could even be called an ice cream cake. It can be done with ready-made cookies, but it is easier and faster for me to make a stripped crumb at home. To do this, I freeze butter in the freezer.

Turn on the oven at 170 ° C.
  • Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the wheat flour (optional).
  • Roll the frozen butter in flour and grate on a coarse grater.

  • Pour the prepared syrup into the mass.
  • Whisk in the chilled cream until fluffy, but not stiff.
  • In small portions, gently pour the strawberry mass at room temperature into the cream.
  • When a tender homogeneous mass is obtained, add cookies to it.
  • Transfer everything into a prepared form.
  • Cover the ice cream with foil and put into the freezer until it cools completely.

  • You can take out the ice cream completely and decorate it like a cake, or you can serve it in portions in bowls.
