Hello friends! I would like to offer you a recipe for a delicious salmon in teriyaki sauce. If you already have a prepared teriyaki sauce or marinade, you just need to marinate the salmon in it. Who does not have it, I will show you how you can cook ala teriyaki at home.

- Pour soy sauce and water into a saucepan.
- Add brown sugar, a teaspoon of honey, freshly grated ginger, a clove of garlic, a teaspoon of rice vinegar, a teaspoon of sesame oil and a teaspoon of starch.
- Mix everything well, the main thing is that the starch is stirred.
- Turn on heat and bring everything to a boil and thicken.
- When the sauce has boiled, reduce heat, boil it for 5 minutes and turn it off.
- After that, the sauce must be filtered.
- In the cooled sauce, marinate the sliced salmon fillet.
- Bring the pot of water to a boil.
- Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences.
- Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and turn on the grill.
- When the water has boiled, add salt and load the cabbage there.
- Blanch for about three minutes after boiling water again.
- Turn off the heating and drain the water.
- Line a baking sheet with foil, shiny side up.
- Grease the foil with vegetable oil.
