3 salads for a festive table

Salad number 1

  • Cut ham or smoked meat into small cubes.
  • Wash and dry prunes.
  • Grate boiled beets on a fine grater.

Salads are not subject to heat treatment, so it is better to collect them with food gloves.

  • Squeeze a small clove of garlic through a garlic press.
  • Add mayonnaise 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, if you need to add salt and put the salad in the refrigerator.

Salad number 2

  • Make several cuts in the eggplant so that the skin does not burst and bake it in the oven.
  • Temperature 200 Β° C - until the eggplants are soft.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Also finely chop the mushrooms or grind with a blender.
  • Fry the onions with mushrooms. Evaporate all the liquid from them, salt, pepper and fry until fully cooked for 7-8 minutes.
  • When the mushrooms are ready, turn off the heat and let the mushrooms cool down.
  • Squeeze the excess liquid out of the Korean carrots and chop finely.
  • Cut the baked cooled eggplant in half, select the pulp with a spoon and chop finely.
  • When everything has cooled down, you can collect salad: eggplant, mushrooms, Korean carrots and boiled rice.
  • Add a little red hot pepper, a little salt and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Put the salad in the refrigerator.
  • If you want to do without mayonnaise you can add 1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil.

Salad number 3

  • Boil potatoes, carrots and celery in salted water.
  • Mash ready vegetables with a crush.
  • When the vegetables have cooled, add the sautΓ©ed onions to them.
  • Do not put raw onions in holiday salads - they cause souring.
  • Add tuna in your own juice, but without this very juice, a spoonful of mayonnaise and a little black pepper.
  • If the taste suits you, put the salad in the refrigerator.

BREADING SALAD BALLS

  • Slice crab sticks thinly.
  • Wash dried cranberries, dry and chop finely.
  • Mix chopped cranberries with dried and chopped walnuts.
  • For eggplant salad two types of breading are possible, for example fried white and black sesame seeds or sweet paprika.
  • Make balls from saladsabout 50 g each and roll them in breading.
  • For example, I will bread a salad with tuna in crab sticks or in fresh dill.
  • I will bread salad with prunes in nuts with cranberries or in cheese.

300 g ham
200 g prunes
150-200 g boiled beets
mayonnaise
