First, let's prepare the base for the curd dessert
160 grams of shortbread cookies must be crushed into crumbs.
Pour into the crushed crumb 60 grams of melted butteroils. Mix everything thoroughly.
Distribute all the crumbs evenly into paper baking tins and tamp with a glass.
Let's prepare the curd mass
We need soft cottage cheese without grains or cream cheese.
- Cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs should be at room temperature.
- All that we mix in the recipe, mix at low speed of the mixer. Beat nothing, just mix well.
At low speed of the mixer, beat 300 grams of cottage cheeseso that it becomes lush.
Add 100 grams of sugar. Stir until smooth so that the sugar dissolves.
Next, add one egg at a time and mix. You will need 2 eggs in total.
Add 2 hours vanilla sugar, small a pinch of salt, 15 grams of cornstarch. We mix.
At the end we add 185 grams of sour cream, and mix.
The curd mass is very tender, without any grains. Distribute it evenly over the molds.
Shake slightly to the side and lightly knock the shape on the table so that the curd mass is evenly distributed.
We remove to bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 15-16 minutes. The finished dessert, when we just baked it, seems to shake a little more inside.
You can try and eat it only when it is completely cooled in the refrigerator.
Without removing it from the mold, let the dessert cool completely at room temperature.
When the dessert has cooled down, prepare and cover it with chocolate icing
25 grams of milk and 25 grams of butter heat so that they become hot and the butter melts.
Pour into hot milk 50 grams of chopped white chocolate. The chocolate should be completely covered in milk. Let's wait two to three minutes for it to melt, and mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
The icing is ready, fill the desserts with icing. For one dessert, you need about 3 teaspoons of glaze. Fill and smooth carefully.
We put it in the refrigerator to freeze for at least 3-4 hours, and preferably overnight. Sprinkle the finished desserts with grated white chocolate.
