Pie with milk is delicious both warm and cold.

The pie turns out to be fluffy, soft, never falls off.

The dough is universal, it can be prepared simply, without additives. You can add different berries, I'll add strawberries today.

If the dough is not made sweet, then on its basis you can prepare jellied pies with various not sweet fillings.

Making the cake is quick and easy! Stays soft until you eat it.

Today we will make a pie with strawberries and loose crumbs.

Let's start with the crumb

Sift wheat flour into a bowl.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

Mix, combine all the ingredients.

Add cold butter, cut into small pieces, to the flour mixture.

Dip and mix the butter in the flour mixture, and grind into crumbs.

Put the crumbs in the refrigerator and prepare the pie dough.

The dough cooks very quickly, so immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees and prepare the baking dish.

Let's make the dough

Sift wheat flour into a bowl.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and baking soda.

Mix, combine all the ingredients

Pour vegetable oil into the dry mixture, 60 grams of milk at room temperature.

Let's add 2 eggs.

Stir until smooth.

It is not necessary to knead for a long time, the main thing is that all the ingredients are combined.

Next, pour 150 grams of boiling milk into the dough, brew the dough.

Gently mix everything together until smooth.

Cut the washed and dried strawberries into small pieces.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. spoon of starch. Starch can be replaced with flour.

Mix gently so that each piece is covered with starches.

I took 150 grams of strawberries, but you can safely take 2-2.5 times more, 300 - 400 grams. The cake will taste even better.

I bake in a split form, cover the bottom and side of the form with parchment paper. If desired, the side of the mold can be not covered with paper, but greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Pour the dough into a mold, level.

Put the previously cooked strawberries on top.

For baking I took a baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm, but for a given amount of ingredients it is better to take a baking dish with a diameter of 21-22 cm. The cake will be lower, baked faster, and it will be more convenient to eat.

Sprinkle the strawberries on top with the previously cooked crumbs.

We remove to bake in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 50-60 minutes, my pie was baked for 60 minutes.

We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick, pierce it, if it comes out dry, without residues of wet dough, then the cake is ready.

Let the cake cool for 15 minutes in the form.

Then remove the form and leave to cool on the wire rack.

The pie is delicious, both warm and cold.

Ingredients designed for pie with a diameter of 19 cm, a height of 7 cm, weighing 950 grams.

In 1 tablespoon without top 20 grams of flour, with top - 30 grams.

In 1 tablespoon without top, 20 grams of sugar, with top - 25 grams.

2 eggs
80 gram (8 full Art. spoons) vegetable oil
240 gram (12 Art. spoons without top) wheat flour
150 grams (7.5 st. tablespoons without top) sugar
10 grams (2 hrs. spoons) vanilla sugar
7 grams (1 h. spoon) soda
2 grams (1/3 h. spoons) salt
210 gram (ml) milk

Filling

150 grams strawberries (berries)
10 grams (1 tbsp. spoon) starch or flour

Sprinkling

For a mold with a diameter of 19 cm

45 grams (2 tbsp. tablespoons without top) wheat flour
30 grams butter
30 grams (1.5 st. spoons without top) sugar
5 grams (1 h. spoon) vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt

For a mold with a diameter of 22m

60 grams (3 tbsp. tablespoons without top) wheat flour
40 grams butter
40 grams (2 tbsp. spoons without top) sugar
5 grams (1 h. spoon) vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
