Today I want to invite you to prepare a simple and quick-to-prepare, delicious homemade chocolate Twickers cake.

Soft, not requiring impregnation, incredibly tasty chocolate cakes, cook very quickly, according to the principle, everything is mixed and ready. Baked with one cake, in just 11 minutes.

Cream from boiled condensed milk with nuts and glaze, are also prepared very simply and quickly.

The total time for making a cake is maximum 1 hour, and then you have to wait until the icing hardens and you can enjoy!

My kids loved the cake. They said the cake was similar to Twix and Snickers, and tastier than both of them combined.

Therefore, the name of the Twickers cake!

Let's cook

Remove butter and boiled condensed milk from the refrigerator in advance; they should be at room temperature.
The dough cooks very quickly, so you can immediately turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.

  • Sift into a bowl 180 grams or 9 tbsp. level spoons wheat flour
  • Let's add 150 grams or 7.5 tbsp. level spoons Sahara
  • 3 grams or 2/3 tsp. spoons baking powder for dough
  • 5 grams or 2/3 tsp. spoons soda
  • 2 grams or 1/2 tsp. spoons salt

Mix all the ingredients together.

  • Let's add 80 gram or 8 full art. spoons vegetable oil without smell
  • 2 eggs

Stir until smooth.

It is not necessary to knead for a long time, the main thing is that all the ingredients are combined.

  • 60 grams or 6 tbsp. level spoons cocoa, fill in 150 grams or ml boiling water.

Stir until the cocoa is completely dissolved.

We immediately add hot cocoa to the dough, and mix everything together until smooth, not for long.

Pour all the dough onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We level.

The size of my baking sheet is 39 x 32 cm.

We remove to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes. My cake was baked for 11 minutes.

The baking time will depend on the thickness of the crust you make and the temperature in the oven.

We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer, pierce it, if it is dry, then the cake is ready.

Take the cake out of the oven and cut out the cake layers.

Cut the cake around the edge. The trimmings can be crushed and sprinkled over the sides of the cake when decorating the cake. If you do not plan to sprinkle the sides with crumbs, then you can just eat them, they are delicious on their own.

Divide the finished cake into 4 parts.

Let the cakes cool to room temperature.

While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream

150 grams fried peanuts need to grind.

Peanuts can be substituted with any nut you like.

At maximum speed of the mixer, beat 150 grams soft butter, room temperature.

The oil should be light and airy.

Next, we will add 300 grams of boiled condensed milk to the butter. Butter and milk should be at the same room temperature.

Add one tablespoon of condensed milk each.

And beat well with a mixer until smooth.

So gradually we introduce all the condensed milk into the butter.

Be sure to take quality condensed milk, which contains only whole milk and sugar.

I do not have liquid condensed milk, it keeps its shape perfectly.

If you have liquid condensed milk, it will take longer for the cake to stabilize, or more butter. Adjust the consistency of the cream according to your condensed milk.

Pour all the chopped peanuts into the cream.

Stir until smooth. The cream is ready.

Put the first cake on a plate.

Install a detachable mold with acetate film.

Divide visually cream for 3 parts and coat the cake with 1/3 of the cream.

Cover with the second cake layer, press down slightly.

We coat with the next 1/3 of the cream.

Cover with the third cake. We also press down slightly.

We coat the cake with the remaining cream.

Cover with the fourth cake. I put the last cake upside down. To make the top of the cake more even.

Press down slightly.

Putting the cake in the fridge and preparing the icing

  • 40 grams or 4 tbsp. spoons milk and 60 grams of butter

Heat in a microwave oven or on a stove until hot.

  • Pour into hot milk with butter 100g shredded chocolate with a cocoa content of 50%.

Pour so that the chocolate is completely covered with milk.

Let's wait a couple of minutes for the chocolate to melt.

And mix everything well with a whisk until smooth.

Fill the cake with icing. We level.

We put the cake in the refrigerator, let the icing freeze.

When the frosting has set, you can free the cake from the mold and film.

We decorate the cake as you wish, or leave it as it is.

The cake is delicious with a rich chocolate flavor.

Ingredients designed for cake size 15 x 18.5cm, height 7.5 cm, weight 1360 grams.

Dough

2 pcs. - egg
80 gram - vegetable oil (8 full tbsp. spoons)
180 grams - wheat flour (9 tbsp. spoons without a slide)
150 grams - sugar (7.5 tbsp. spoons without a slide)
3 grams - baking powder for dough (2/3 tsp. spoons)
5 grams - soda (2/3 tsp. spoons)
2 grams - salt (1/2 tsp. the spoon)
150 grams - boiling water
60 grams - cocoa (6 tbsp. spoons without a slide)

Cream

300 grams - boiled condensed milk
150 grams - butter
150 grams - roasted peanuts

Glaze

100g - dark chocolate with 50% cocoa content
40 grams - milk (4 tbsp. spoons)
60 grams - butter
