Air bagels with apple jam

Ingredients for the dough:

1 cup milk
20 gr. fresh yeast or 1 hour. l. dry
a pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
100 ml of vegetable oil
4 tbsp. l. Sahara
500 gr. flour

For the jam:

0.5 kg of apples
100 gr. Sahara
25 gr. butter

Preparation:

1. First you need to cook the jam for the filling. Apple peel and cut into 4 pieces. Then rub them on a fine grater or use a blender. It should get mashed.
The apple puree add the sugar and butter.

I put the bowl with a block weighing over medium heat and boil, stirring constantly all exactly 15 minutes, but you need to make sure that is not burnt. Cool.

2. To test heat the milk, add the sugar and yeast. Then add a pinch of salt, egg and drive pour vegetable oil.

Parts enter the sifted flour. Perhaps it takes more flour, so it is best to sift once little more than a prescription.
Knead the dough.

3. Cover the dough in the bowl with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour - approach.

4. Obmyat coming up the dough and divide into 16 pieces.
Roll out each piece into an oval shape.

On one half of the oval to put 1 hour. l. jam, and the other half to make some cuts.

5. Tighten bagel from the jam.

6. Beat 1 egg yolk and a little milk. Lubricate mixture bagels.

7. Bake bagels in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, 200 degrees.

Hot bagels sprinkled with powdered sugar.
