On fasting days, we make ourselves a plum-tangerine-lemon smoothie with the addition of red pepper.
This smoothie supplies the body with vitamins, cleans the digestive tract well from accumulated disease-causing mucus.
Lemon stimulates the liver to work, the plum "inspires" intestinal peristalsis, too, do not be lazy, red pepper prevents bile from stagnating, which actually cleans our "ten-meter hose". Plus, this smoothie pleases with its taste.
Ingredients:
1. Plum - 5 pcs (or prunes)
2. Lemon - slice
3. Mandarin - 2 pieces
4. Honey - 2 tablespoons
5. Red hot pepper - on the tip of a knife
6. Water - 2 glasses
Preparation
We take a plum, lemon, tangerine, wash them thoroughly, peel them, cut them into pieces, place them in a blender container, add honey and pepper.
Pour in warm water, beat for about 40 seconds until a homogeneous mass is thick, pour into a convenient drinking container.
