In today's article I will talk about preparation of an original and beautiful dish for a festive table. I named this culinary novelty "Holiday Snack". I am sure that such chips will definitely not go unnoticed by guests at any holiday, because they really tasty and unusual looking. Plus, they're quick and easy to prepare. I have already put this appetizer on the list of dishes for the New Year.

We need: a small piece of lightly salted fish, chips, processed cheese, chicken egg, mayonnaise and herbs.

1. Chop two processed cheese, add to it chopped chicken egg. We cut the fish a small piece, about 50-70 grams, is enough, I took actually salted fish. 2. We spread the filling on the chips (it is better to buy Pringles brands so that all the chips are the same). We do not put a lot of fillings, about half a tablespoon and distribute evenly on the chip. We lay out the appetizer beautifully and decorate with herbs. For decoration and taste, it works well cilantro leaf but you can replace it with any greens to taste, such as parsley.
