Today I want to tell you about Italian creamy curd cheese - mascarpone. It is perfect for both soup and dessert with chocolate or fruit. There are many ways to cook this cheese, but I will share with you the simplest and most delicious. By the way, mascarpone is ideal for breakfast, it will appeal to both schoolchildren and adults. Cheese is prepared in 5-6 minutes, and if you use a blender even less. Stored in the refrigerator for a week, but usually in a couple of days I don't have it anymore.
1. We take one pack of fatty cottage cheese, I had 9%, 220 grams. We measure the same amount of cream I took 20%, but you can also use more fatty ones.
2. We take a convenient bowl and whisk this mass, of course you can use a blender. You can also crush the cottage cheese first through a sieve, and then beat, but it turns out the same thing, just extra work (scroll to the right in the photo).
3. Across 5-6 minutes of whipping - creamy cheese mascarpone is ready! We put it in a jar and store it in the refrigerator. You can make sauces from it - just add your favorite spices, salt and olive oil to the cheese. Also mascarpone goes well with coffee.
