Today I will tell you how quickly and easily measure sugar, salt and flour in grams. The idea for this article came to my mind when a few days ago, while preparing another dish, I needed to measure 100 grams of flour, and my scales ran out of battery. After this incident, I decided to do a convenient kitchen cheat sheet, so that you can quickly take the right amount of a product.
Steel measuring instruments glass (an ordinary glass, which is in every kitchen, with a capacity of 200 milliliters of water), tablespoon and teaspoon. To check, I weighed each product on a scale in the tare deduction mode. Salt, sugar and flour, personally, I measure in grams more often than other products.
