Today I will tell my readers about three ways to determine quality butter. I think it will be superfluous to say that butter is such a product, the quality of which cannot be neglected. Therefore, I decided to share with you the methods of how to distinguish butter by quality and clearly showed them using the example of two packs of butter - one for 112 rubles, the second for 43 rubles.
1. I'll start with the ways in which can be used in the store before purchasing the product.First is the price - A pack of quality oil cannot cost less than 100 rubles. Second is the composition - low-quality oil contains many emulsifiers, preservatives, dyes and other nasty things, and high-quality oil is made from one component, most often cream (you can see it in the photo). Third is hardness. - you can touch the pack right in the refrigerator of the store - if the oil is of poor quality like plasticine, if solid everything is in order, you can also see it in the photo, scroll to the right.
2. One of the most reliable ways is put a small piece of butter in a glass of warm water and stir. High-quality oil will dissolve in water, and not high-quality oil will float in a lump. In an experiment, expensive oil (left) almost completely dissolved in 10 seconds, and cheap remained unchanged. The photo clearly shows, scroll to the right.
3. If you get high-quality butter from the refrigerator and spread it on bread, then it will not lay down evenly and will break. And poor quality - evenly spread over a slice of bread (seen in the photo). Also, if you wrap a piece of butter in parchment paper - high quality practically will not leave traces, but poor quality smears on the paper. Scroll to the right for everything shown in the photo.
