Warm days have already begun, which means that a strong heat is not far off, which can last from several days to several weeks throughout the summer. But so that the heat does not become an unpleasant surprise, there are three simple tips to follow:
1. In extreme heat, it is necessary always have a bottle of water with you. The older a person becomes, the more his thirst dulls, therefore, in hot weather, you should drink more often, preferably in small portions. Personally, I do this: before going somewhere, I fill the bottle 20% -30% and put it in the freezer. After 15 minutes I take out and fill the bottle with water. This way, you have cool water to help in the heat. It is believed that in a day you should drink a volume of water equal to the formula 30 ml. for every kilogram of weight, and in hot weather it increases to 40 ml. for 1 kg. 2. Store medications in the refrigerator. If the temperature outside exceeds 25 degrees, it is best to keep the medicine in the refrigerator. I agree that the appearance of such a medicinal shelf is not aesthetic, but this will help not to change its composition with the medicine and not to lose its healing properties, especially for drops and sprays.
3. Do business in the morning and evening, and to rest in the daytime. Try to do your work in cooler times - morning and evening. Of course, this advice is not suitable for people who work on a strict schedule, but if you have the opportunity, then in the midst of the heat it is better to give up work.
