Marinating recipe tasty mushrooms

Chopped mushrooms, better, of course, tubular (although the plate can also be), to boil, add salt to taste.
On mushroom broth cook the marinade (if you have mushrooms, better boil them separately, and then in this broth to cook the marinade).

Composition of marinade (for 1 liter of the fungal broth):

- 3 teaspoons of salt;
- 2 table. spoons of sugar;


- 4 clove;
- 4 bay leaves;
- 8 Goroshkov allspice;
- 1/5 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 3 teaspoons of vinegar (8 or table. spoonfuls of vinegar 9%);

Preparation:

1. On the table is already waiting for us clean sterilized jars 0.5 liter or 0.7 liter. ;
2. In each jar to pour boiling marinade 1/4 of the volume of the banks;
3. In each jar, add 1 garlic clove (or 2 minor);
4. Lay the jar boiling fungi (spoon-skimmer);
