When you get tired of delights. I just want to eat a piece of delicious meat without fancy rolls, additives to it, etc. And here the main rule is just to choose a high-quality piece of meat, and do not interfere with frying it!
I do not like the loin, in my opinion it is rather dry, so I buy a pork neck for the chops. It is moderately fat and juicy!
All you need to do with the pork is to cut it into 1 cm thick slices, beat well and that's it.
To prepare chops, we need:
- Pork neck - 3 chops
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Flour - 50 gr.
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Vegetables to choose from.
First, rinse the meat well, remove excess liquid with a paper towel. Cut into 1 cm wide pieces.
Fight back. So that when beating off, the splashes do not fly in different directions, you can cover the chops with foil or, as I do, I put a sleeve for baking on the plate with meat.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Season the chops with salt and pepper.
Dip the chop in the egg on both sides,
then into flour,
and immediately into a hot frying pan. on which vegetable oil is poured. Fry the chops on both sides.
That's all! Your chops are ready!
