You will fall in love with this snack immediately and forever
A few weeks ago I tried to prepare this appetizer for my friend's arrival. The table was crammed with a variety of food, but we could not tear ourselves away from the pita with filling. Therefore, I will not drag out the story, but immediately write the recipe! Believe me, you will not remain indifferent.
For the Snack we need:
- Armenian lavash - 1 pc.
- Processed cheese - 150 gr.
- Chicken breast - 1 pc.
- Sausages - 4 pcs.
- Bacon - 100 gr.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- garlic
- dill
To begin with, it is important to choose the right pita bread. It is called "Armenian", but this Armenian looks different for everyone. Ideally, if it is ultra-thin and consists of two thin sheets, then you get 4 layers, if you bought pita bread in one sheet, then cut it in half and make snacks from two layers.
Step 1. Cut the pita bread in half
Step 2. You need to grease the pita bread with a thin layer of processed cheese.
Step3. Finely chop the chicken breast, sausages and bacon.
Sprinkle with the meat filling the lavash, greased with cheese.
Step 4. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, finely chop the dill. A couple of garlic cloves must be passed through a press.
Mix everything and put on the meat filling.
If you had 2 sheets and you cut each into 2 pieces, then you need to grease the dough and add the filling to each layer. You do not need to spread anything on the top layer. If one sheet of pita bread, as I have now, then cover the bottom layer with the second sheet, lightly press down the dough.
Step 5. Cut the dough into squares
Step 5. Beat eggs with a fork. Add 30 grams of flour to them.
Step 6. Dip each square in an egg and place on a preheated frying pan.
Fry until golden brown on each side.
That's all! Fast, tasty, simple!
The appetizer is good hot, but no less delicious when it cools down.
