I really love fried, steamed, smoked fish..., but fish cutlets have never been very popular in our family. But recently, her daughter began to tell how delicious fish cakes are cooked at school, but if they can feed children at school, then what prevents them from being made at home

I didn't have a very good idea of what kind of fish to buy, but in the store my eyes fell on hake medallions. The advantage of such products is that you do not need to cut the fish. This is already pressed minced meat in the form of washers.

To prepare cutlets you will need:

Hake - 500 gr.

1 egg

Bow - 1 pc.

Baton slice

Milk -50 ml.

Cutlets are prepared very quickly. Put the hake and egg in a food processor and beat until smooth.

Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat, send the bun, previously soaked in milk, there. Beat well again in the food processor. Salt to taste.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, form cutlets from the minced fish so that the minced meat does not stick to the hand, after each cutlet we moisten our hands in cold water.

Fry on both sides for a few minutes.

Such cutlets will appeal not only to you, but also to your children.

All the cutlets are ready!

Bon Appetit everyone!
