I must say right away, cook soy yourself in order to collect the foams from it, wind spirals from them and then dry, I do not suggest, this process is laborious, requiring skills and utensils, so why mess around?

After all, you first need to soak the soybeans, and then the liquid that is obtained from them as a result of soaking (soy milk), boil for a long time and persistently, removing the foams.

But from a ready-made (dried) product, you can independently prepare what is sold under the name "asparagus" - you can independently, and it is not at all difficult.

The most time consuming part of this process is to soak dry fuju spirals. That is, we wash the dry "asparagus", fill it with water for about 8 hours, changing the water to fresh water every two hours.

It will take a long time to swell asparagus. How much weight will she put on? How when. From a half-kilogram pack, you can get from one and a half to two kilograms of ready-made salad. At the same time, the calorie content of the dry product is about 440 kcal per 100 grams, it will also decrease by three -four times, will be 100-150 kcal, most of which are vegetable, easily digestible proteins.

Therefore, this product is useful there when sitting at home without getting out - a large volume, a composition that contributes to rapid saturation (proteins are satisfying), and, at the same time, a lot of usefulness -, zinc, magnesium, iron, selenium, potassium, sodium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, vitamins C, PP, A and group B, polyunsaturated fatty acids, fiber, isoflavones and so on Further.

What to cook after the asparagus is soaked?

The simplest salad:

200 grams of dry product

3-5 tablespoons of balsamic or grape or wine vinegar, or alcohol diluted in the ratio of 1 part vinegar to one part water (alcoholic vinegar means vinegar, not essence!)

50-100 grams of vegetable oil

1-2 tablespoons of sugar

2 teaspoons of salt

A little soy sauce

Freshly ground black pepper to taste.

We squeeze the asparagus, shake the marinade from all the ingredients except it in a jar and fill in the soaked blank, send it to the refrigerator overnight. If you like garlic, crush a few cloves into asparagus. You can eat it in the morning!

Simple, fast, easily accessible! The price is three times more profitable than buying the same ready-made salad in the store.

Enjoy your meal!
