I’m probably very smart - although I confess, I began to master dishes from lentils because of a forced diet: I ate once. And this is one of the most beloved options, however, there is still no beautiful name for it.
Let it be simple: lentils with mushrooms.
So, we take:
• A glass of lentils (ideally green)
• 400-500 grams of champignons
• 80-100 grams of spinach
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 50 ml cream
• 50 ml dry white wine or 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
• 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce
• salt and pepper
How do we cook
Cook lentils (about 20 minutes after boiling)
