Ingredients:

800 gr. squid
3 eggs
100 g cheese
salt
fresh cucumber
200 gr. crab sticks
avocado
mayonnaise
greens, caviar and other for decoration at will

How to cook:

1. This salad is flaky, so it will be beautiful if you put it in a transparent salad bowl or in a split baking dish.

Each layer must be tamped with a spoon to avoid the effect of unnecessary crumbling of the salad.

2. Preliminarily for the salad, you need to boil the squid for no more than 3 minutes and boil them in hard eggs. Cool everything down.

3. For the salad, you need good mayonnaise and each layer should be covered with a thin mesh.

4. The salad is laid out in layers:

  1. squid
  2. avocado
  3. eggs
  4. crab sticks
  5. cucumber
  6. grated cheese

Decorations are optional.

5. Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator before serving.

If you don't like avocados, then you can get by with just one cucumber. Some add a layer of boiled rice or potatoes for satiety.
