Now, when the dangerous flu virus coronavirus is walking around, in order to somehow protect myself, I try to include more fresh garlic in our diet every day. I make salads with garlic, for example, this is a quick and tasty salad.

Recipe:
For carrot salad with garlic:
Carrots -1pc.
Cucumber -1pc.
Garlic -1-2 teeth.
Apple cider vinegar -1 tbsp
Sugar -1 / 2 tsp
Salt -1/4 tsp
Soy sauce -1 tbsp
Vegetable oil -2 tbsp
COOKING METHOD
Grate the carrots and fresh cucumber for Korean carrots or cut into strips with a knife. Finely chop a couple of garlic cloves and add to the carrots with cucumber.
Prepare a dressing, ΒΌ tsp. salt, Β½ tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and season the salad, mix, the salad is ready.
