Chirbuli, The most delicious Georgian Breakfast! Falls in love with everyone from the first spoon! Of all the options for scrambled eggs, in my opinion, this is the most delicious and has become my favorite. You will definitely not refuse such scrambled eggs and will cook it more than once for sure. Very satisfying and tasty. Once I have already shared on my channel a fried egg called Shakshuka, this fried egg differs in the composition of the ingredients and therefore it tastes completely different.

Recipe:

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Tomatoes -4-5pcs.

Walnuts -1 handful

Garlic -3-4 teeth.

Onion -1pc.

Vegetable oil -3-4 tbsp.

Salt to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Water -50-100ml.

Greens to taste

COOKING METHOD

First, let's prepare everything. Fresh tomatoes 4-5 pcs, cut into two halves and now grate on a coarse grater, holding on to the skin.

We remove the skin. Fresh tomatoes can be substituted for tomatoes in their own juice.

Cut the onion into quarters into rings. A handful of walnuts and 3-4 cloves of garlic are chopped with a blender or finely chopped with a knife. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put onions and fry until translucent and light golden brown.

Put the tomatoes and simmer everything together until the vegetables are ready. Now add the garlic nuts. It may seem strange to you to put walnuts in scrambled eggs, but I assure you, it is very tasty.

Add black pepper and salt 1/3 tsp. and pour in about 100 ml of water. Now we break 4 eggs. Add some salt to the eggs, close the lid and fry them under the lid until the protein grasps a little on top, but inside there will be liquid scrambled eggs ready.

We put on plates and serve to the table. I assure you it is very tasty, if you have not tried it, be sure to cook it this way.
