It is even tastier than simply PIES! Both adults and children love! Such BAKERY is a frequent guest on my table.

Today I want to share a recipe for Sausages in a dough in a pan. Although not entirely healthy, it is definitely very tasty and not difficult to prepare. I make the dough for fried sausages in water with the addition of milk. You can make the dough just on water and do not add eggs to the dough.

Recipe:

Sausages -12-14 pcs.

For the test:

Milk -150ml.

Water -150ml.

Vegetable oil -50 ml.

dry yeast -7 gr. or raw (15-20gr)

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Sugar -2 tbsp.

Flour -400-450gr.

COOKING METHOD

Let's make the dough. Pour 150 ml of warm milk and 150 ml of water into a bowl. Add 50 ml. vegetable oil, half a tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. Sahara. Add 1 pack of dry yeast 7 g.. Mix and add the sifted flour, knead the dough.

I need 400-420 grams of flour. The dough turns out to be sticky to your hands, it should be so. We remove for a rise for 2 hours in a warm place. During this time, beat the dough 1-2 times.

Now we put the dough on the table, knead and roll in flour. Divide into 12-14 parts, weighing 60-70 grams. We take sausages, you can boil them slightly, at will, which I most often do.

We take a bun of dough, roll out an oval to the size of a sausage. Place the sausage and pinch the edges.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Put the sausages in the dough and fry over medium heat so that the sausages and dough have time to cook. Can be covered with a lid. Sausages are ready, we serve to the table in the heat of the heat.
