Today I want to share a recipe for Grandma's milk soup, called grout. I remember this version of milk soup from my virginity, it was prepared by my grandmother and mother. And now I'm preparing it for my family. It turns out to be much tastier than with purchased pasta or noodles, and there is also one plus of such a soup, after cooling such pasta does not swell in it.

Recipe:

Milk -750 ml.

Water -750 ml.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

For grouting:

Egg -1pc.

Flour -100gr.

Water -2-3 tbsp.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed. Put 100 grams of flour in a dry frying pan and fry until slightly discolored. You do not need to fry the flour until it is dark in color, you just need to wait until the flour just starts to golden from the bottom, immediately remove it from the heat.

Break 1 egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix. Now we add all the flour and grind the mass with a fork, you should get such a crumb, Now you need to add water 2 tbsp. l. And we continue to grind to form larger crumbs. More water can be added if required.

Pour milk into a saucepan and add water. I always pour in a 1 to 1 ratio, the volume of liquid is 1.5 liters, add some salt and bring to a boil. If you like milk soup with sugar, you can add a little sugar. I do not add, since not everyone likes sweet.

Now, as the milk boils, add the grout and cook until tender for 7-10 minutes. Add butter to taste and let the soup brew for 5-10 minutes. Now you can pour into small plates and serve.
