COOKING METHOD
Cooking stew in our own juice. Take pork fillet 700 grams, cut into cubes, larger than goulash. To prepare such meat, you need a lot of onions, I take 300 grams and cut into half rings.
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, put the meat and onions, add salt a little more than half a tsp. spices to taste, I have black and red peppers and 2-3 cloves of garlic. Stir and tamp well. We put the bowl in the multicooker.
We select the simmering mode, press start, now with the help of the master cheflight, add the temperature to 100 degrees and set the time to 1 hour 40 minutes. We press start.
Therefore, the recipe does not require water; meat and onions produce enough juice during cooking. The result is delicious, tender meat for any side dish.
