A Minute Taste of Curd! Eat at least every day for breakfast, do not get bored. It is very simple and it turns out very tasty, it tastes like chocolate paste. Great for breakfast or just a snack. Easy to spread over a slice of bread. I recommend cooking.

Recipe:

Cottage cheese-500gr.

Sugar -50g.

Egg -1pc.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Soda -1 / 2 tsp.

Cocoa powder -20g. (2 tbsp.)

Chocolate -100gr.

Butter -50g.

COOKING METHOD

We put 500 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, the cottage cheese must be of good quality in order for the cheese to turn out exactly, I take homemade cottage cheese.

Break 1 egg, add 50 grams of sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. soda, do not be afraid the soda will go out in the cottage cheese and will not be felt if you do not add it, the cottage cheese will not melt.

Now be sure to punch the blender until smooth, if there is no blender then the curd must be passed through a sieve.

We put the mass in a water bath and cook while stirring until the curd melts and turns into such a liquid mass, it takes about 10 minutes in time. Now add 1 bar of chocolate, milk or bitter, according to your taste, I add milk.

Now add 20 grams of cocoa powder and mix until smooth. You can not add cocoa, but only chocolate, or vice versa, only cocoa.

Now remove from heat and add 50 grams of butter, stir until dissolved.

The cheese is ready, pour it into a container, close it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator until it cools completely. Such cheese can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days for sure, unless, of course, you have it there for so long.

Serve with slices of bread for tea or coffee. Very tasty and chocolatey. Try to cook, it's not difficult at all.
