Fish in a crispy potato crust

Ingredients:

1 kg of fish fillets
1 kg potato
50 oz. cheese
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. l. flour
salt
ground black pepper oil

Preparation:

1. Fish fillets wash and dry with paper towel.

2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.

3. Potatoes Wash and clean. Grate potatoes on a grater. Half on a fine, the second at a major. Squeeze hands went to excess moisture.

You can add 1-2 tsp lemon juice to less oxidized and darkened potato mass.

4. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
