This is a delicious, delicate cake. It's not for nothing that it has been popular since Soviet times. For homemade tea, it is just perfect. It always turns out to be successful and has never let down with its taste.

Recipe:

Butter -100gr.

Condensed milk -1b. (380gr)

Eggs -2pcs.

Salt -1 / 4 tsp.

Soda -1 tsp

Vinegar 9% -1 tbsp

Cocoa -1.5 tbsp.

Flour -140gr.

For sour cream:

Sour cream -600g.

Powdered sugar -2 tbsp (or to taste)

Sour cream thickener -1 pack (optional)

For impregnation:

Condensed milk -80g.

Water -80ml.

For glaze:

Chocolate -100gr.

Milk -40ml.

COOKING METHOD

Let's start with the cakes. We take 100 grams of butter at room temperature, or you can slightly flood it in a microwave. Beat 2 eggs, add a little salt and beat with a mixer for about 1-2 minutes.

Now we gradually introduce 1 can weighing 380 grams of condensed milk, continue to beat, for about 1-2 minutes more. Now add 1 tsp. soda and be sure to extinguish soda with vinegar or lemon juice.

We mix. Add 140 grams of sifted flour and mix. Now pour half of the dough into another bowl, and add 1.5 tablespoons to the second half. cocoa and stir. We take the mold from my mold diameter 20 cm. put half the dough and distribute it evenly, bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then bake the second cake.

While the cakes are baking, we will prepare everything. Let's prepare the cream. Put 600 grams of sour cream in a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp. powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes, today I have sour cream with a fat content of 15% so that the cream is not liquid, I add a thickener for cream 1 pack and beat for 1-2 minutes until it thickens. If you do not have a thickener, you need to take sour cream with a fat content of 20-25 percent, add powdered sugar to taste and be sure to stir with an ordinary hand whisk until smooth, then the cream will not liquid.

Let's prepare the impregnation. Put 80 grams of condensed milk in a bowl and add 80 ml of boiling water, mix and leave to cool.

Prepare the icing, put 100 grams of milk chocolate in a bowl, add 40 ml of milk and put it to melt in a water bath, let it cool a little.

The cakes have already cooled down, they cool down quickly. Cut off a little of the sides of the cake, if you wish, you can not cut it and cut it into 2 parts. It turns out 4 cakes. We collect the cake.

First we put a light crust, soak with impregnation, grease with well-sour cream. Lubricate the second cake with cream and put the greased side down on the first cake, saturate with impregnation, grease with cream and continue with the next cakes. Now grease the sides of the cake. Grind the cuttings with a blender and sprinkle the sides of the cake with crumbs. Pour the top with chocolate icing. Leave the cake to soak
