"Pockets" of chicken with fragrant stuffing

Recipe "Pockets of chicken with fragrant stuffing"

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 6 pcs.
hard cheese - 150 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 50 g
Mustard - 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
Spinach - 150 g
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Spices - to taste 1.

Preparation:

We prepare all the necessary ingredients.

First, you need to prepare the stuffing. 150 g hard cheese rub on a fine grater.

Spinach (150 g) was thoroughly washed with running water, slightly obsushivayut and finely chop.

Spread the grated cheese and spinach pulverized in the bowl, mix with 100 g of cream, 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l. mustard and 50 g of mayonnaise to a uniform consistency.

Getting to the preparation of chicken.

Washed and dried.

Along the fillets make deep incisions to get the pocket.

Thoroughly rub the outer part of the fillet of black pepper, salt and any spices to taste.

In the prepared pocket each fillet spread half the cheese and spinach filling.

With cooking brush grease pan with vegetable oil (olive, sunflower, or any other).

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Put the fillets on a baking sheet and put bake in the quarter of an hour.

While baked fillets, rinsed under running water, tomatoes, cut into small pieces.

Add the tomatoes to the remaining cheese and spinach stuffing and mix well.

We get out of the oven baked fillet ready.

Put the stuffing on it with tomatoes and distribute evenly.

Again, put the pan in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Serve baked fillets to the table.

Such fillets are equally tasty both hot and cold. Serve with mashed potatoes or any other side dish.
