Surely you have heard the phrase smoothie bowl from friends on a healthy lifestyle or PP. In fact, a smoothie bowl is an ordinary and familiar to everyone, which they decided to serve not in a glass, but in a plate.
It is not known who was the first to re-invent the serving, but the find was so popular with the adherents of healthy lifestyle and PP that smoothie bowls began to appear on the menus of many restaurants.
As you know, everything where there is a postscript of a healthy lifestyle, IVF, PP, can be safely sold at exorbitant prices. In Moscow, the average price of a plate of mashed bananas and berries is 450 rubles.
Recently, my wife tried a smoothie bowl in a restaurant and now asks to cook it for breakfast. I had to buy frozen berries and work out the correct proportion. Here are three variations of this simple yet super trendy breakfast dessert.

Step by step recipe for how to make a smoothie bowl
I send the frozen bananas to the blender. I add the same amount of frozen strawberries. During the strawberry season, you can add fresh berries, but the banana is still frozen. A fresh banana will not give this thick texture.
I add a little oat milk, and if you don't fast, you can add the usual one.
It is important that the blender can handle frozen food. My 800 W submersible did an excellent job, though it took 3-4 minutes. A stationary one can easily handle it in 1-2 minutes.
I spread the resulting mass in a deep plate. Top with banana slices, fresh strawberries and chia seeds. Any berries, nuts or finely chopped chocolate are suitable for decoration. Here you can experiment as you like.
Serve immediately before the smoothie begins to melt. I will add 2 more good combinations for such healthy breakfasts.

The proportions of banana and blackberry 1: 1. I use fresh blueberries, strawberries and bananas for decoration.
Smoothie bowl banana with mango
For one medium mango, I take ~ 1.5 bananas. Decorate with banana, mango and blueberry.
What to remember:
- Bananas that have already been browned and frozen are best used.
- The ideal proportion of bananas and berries is 1: 1.
- There is immediately, without waiting until it melts.
