Step-by-step recipe on how to make a jelly roll
Pour the package of jelly into a microwave-safe bowl and pour in 100 g of water.
Mix the mixture and send it to the microwave for 1 minute. Then I mix again so that the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.
I pour in marshmallows.
I used small size marshmallows, but for some reason the prices rise for some stores. Therefore, you can safely use large marshmallows, but then pre-cut them into quarters.
I stir the mixture with marshmallows, heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds impulses and stir each time. Until completely dissolved, I heated it 5 times for 15 seconds, literally a little over a minute.
Pour the resulting mixture into a rectangular baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil. Let it cool completely and put it in the cold for 1-2 hours.
When the base has grabbed, I pry it neatly from the edges and fold it into a roll.
Can be sliced and served. This recipe is very simple to prepare and a child can easily handle it. Therefore, I advise you to try cooking with your children or grandchildren.
