I love donuts. But lately, classic donuts with sugar can be found only at VDNKh in Moscow. Although no, donuts can still be found along Russian highways, but the quality of the product there is questionable.
Recently I ate a couple of donuts at a roadside eatery and couldn't get rid of the taste of rancid butter in my mouth for the rest of the day. So I decided to make my own version of donuts. Moreover, so that you do not have to suffer for a long time and wait for the yeast dough to come up.
This recipe is incredibly simple and doesn't require complicated ingredients. And most importantly, everything about everything took me 10 minutes. Let's cook!

The dough for these donuts is incredibly simple. In a bowl I mix flour and yogurt until smooth. The main thing is that there are no lumps of flour.
I put it in a pastry bag. If you don't have one, a regular tight bag will do.
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan to a height of about 2 cm. If you don't want to waste a lot of oil, it is best to use a smaller pan.
Before frying donuts, the oil should be heated to 160 ° C. If there is no thermometer, then you can check with a small piece of dough: if the oil bubbled around the dough, then it has warmed up.
Be careful, while frying the donuts, the oil is very hot and may splash, be careful not to burn yourself.
When the oil has warmed up, I cut off the corner of the bag and begin to squeeze out the dough. My dough is thick, so it's easiest to cut it with scissors. I cut the dough straight into butter, the main thing is that there is a little space between the donuts, otherwise they will stick together.
I fry the donuts in oil until golden brown. The whole game took me about 5 minutes. I put the finished donuts on a plate lined with napkins to get rid of the excess oil. Then I roll in sugar and serve.
Donuts are notoriously tastier when hot, so it's best to cook them just before eating.
