Brownie with cream cheese and cherries
Ingredients:
Bitter chocolate - 100 g
Butter - 120 g
Sugar - 150 g
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Flour - 150 g
Cheese - 300 g
Disintegrant - 1 hr. l.
Cherries (fresh or frozen) - 400 g
Vanilla - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 pinch
Preparation:
1. Chocolate break into small pieces and together with the butter in a saucepan melt the over medium heat.
We monitor the consistency, so it is very important not to burn the chocolate.
2. In the vessel 3 the egg whisk mixer and 80 g sugar.
The resulting mass add vanilla and a pinch of salt.
3. We give the chocolate to cool and then adding thereto the whipped mass and mix thoroughly.
Now you need to add flour with baking powder and gently mix all the mixer on the lowest speed.
4. To prepare the filling, you need to mix cottage cheese with eggs and 70 g sugar.
Beat all the mixture using a blender to obtain a creamy consistency.
5. One third of the resulting dough spread into a mold with high bumpers, then uniformly spread half curd mixture.
If its consistency is quite thick and not spread out, carefully leveled shovel.
On top of curd mass distribute half of the cherries.
6. Pour into a mold the dough again, then the curd texture, cherry and another batter.
We are trying to distribute the dough more or less evenly, but if not, then do not worry.
7. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and set brownie baked for 45 minutes.
How to check if our meal is ready? Pierces him with a wooden stick - if it is dry, then the cake is ready.
