Eggs stuffed with mushroom pate

Ingredients:

5-6 eggs
a bundle of green onions
mayonnaise

100 gr. mushroom
carrot
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
butter

Preparation:

6. Carrots wash, grate and fry separately in butter well.

7. Mince fried mushroom and carrot. Or chop all the blender. It should get a uniform mass, like a paste.

8. Mix the paste with onions and egg yolk, mayonnaise. Add salt and season with pepper to taste.

9. Prepare the egg halves so they are not rolling on the plate, make a thin slice from the bottom. Cut out the middle of it is not necessary, it is better to make a high mound of stuffing.

10. Fill the eggs with mushroom pate. No need to feel sorry for the mushroom stuffing, he even left. By the way, you can feed it with crackers or sandwiches.

11. Lay eggs on a flat plate. Cut off the corner in mayonnaise packet and apply the mesh on each egg. Garnish with berries fresh cranberries and sprinkle with green onions.

Eggs stuffed with herring melted cheese

Ingredients:

6 eggs
2 salted herring fillets
2 processed cheese
1 boiled carrots
mayonnaise
greens

Preparation:
