Today I am preparing a very interesting and unusual hot dish. It will perfectly suit the festive table!
Immediately I put the oven to preheat 180 degrees. I will prepare everything very, very quickly :)
I took minced chicken thighs, 500 gr.
Cut one medium onion thinly into half rings.
Salt the onion and wrinkle it with your hand right on the board. The onions will become softer and cook faster.
Now I cut the onion even smaller with a knife.
I send all the onions to the minced meat.
Now I need prunes, it will give the dish a festive taste. With scissors I cut 100 grams of prunes into small pieces. My prunes were soft, I didn't soak them.
I send the prunes to the minced meat and add 1 tablespoon of hot mustard.
Add finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. I mix everything well.
With wet hands, I form meat balls.
I will have sesame seeds as a breading. I roll each meat ball in sesame seeds.
I put the balls on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat.
I send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The dish turns out to be very aromatic! Juicy, unusual. Meat balls with prunes and mustard. Try to cook!
