What is needed:
* Paste (or as I have noodles for Laghman)
* Bacon (I took not salty, and fresh sliced)
* Hard cheese (ideally - parmesan)
* Cream (recommended fatter, but with 10% still Goode turned out)
* Yolks - 2 pcs.
* Parsley (it actually tastes better)
Cooking: first ready-made sauces: Finely grated cheese mix with cream and egg yolks (whites here in any case) adding chopped parsley to the sauce and a little black pepper. Bacon cut into strips and fry in a frying pan (3-4 minutes). paste boil separately (I love aldente). Then do everything operativnenko: pasta is thrown back on a hot frying pan with bacon, to the same fill sauce, vigorouslystir a couple of minutes to grips yolks and melted cheese. Vsoooo !!!
