And it was exactly until a kind person taught me how to cook them. It turned out that any dish made from barrel mushrooms can be simply incredibly tasty, the main thing is to know some secrets that I will be happy to share with you today.
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 500 g
Barrel mushrooms - 300 g
Onions - 100 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - 3 tablespoons
Dill - 10 g
How to cook:
To fry potatoes with mushrooms, first of all, we will prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Wash onions, garlic and dill under running water, dry them.
Transfer the mushrooms to a saucepan, rinse them several times, it is important to wash off all the mucus. Now let's try to get rid of extremely large amounts of salt and vinegar. Fill them with clean cold water, a large amount, set to cook on a quiet fire for at least 15 minutes.
While the mushrooms are boiling, we peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into quarters. Heat lean refined oil in a frying pan, lay out the prepared vegetable, fry from all sides until golden brown.
When the potatoes are well browned, add onions cut into half rings to it, make the fire quieter. The onion should be soft, sweet, and slightly golden.
By this time, honey mushrooms should have been cooked. We taste it, they should have become practically insipid. Throw them in a colander so that all the water is gone, then transfer to the pan.
Try to keep the mushrooms on the bottom and all the potatoes on top. It is necessary that the mushrooms are well browned, they are slightly crispy in taste.
When the mushrooms are already well fried, and the potatoes have become soft, you can season the dish with salt and pepper to taste, add crushed garlic. After a minute, chop fresh dill, add to the pan, stir and turn off the stove.
