Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment49 kg.
That was your weekend. Thanks to the weather, which gave us a couple of sunny and warm days!
Finally I was able to relax properly and only on Sunday, I realized how I needed this rest. For two days I did not fit into the computer and, sorry, just disappeared, did not answer questions in the comments.
But now I'm in line and tell you how I spent my weekend.
Saturday afternoon - it was a day of total relaxation and chitmila.
We got to the quarry on the barbecue, guests arrived. It was good fun!
And most importantly - able to swim! I thought that after so many days of rain, thunderstorms and rather cool weather of summer - the water is ice. But no) We are happy to swim!
And as I promised in the comments - to buy himself mead, which has long wanted to drink. If not this mead, my Sabbath day of food would come out in the 1300-1400 kcal, that is, the deficit would have been preserved. But for the entire day 2 liters of mead - I do not even want to consider how much happened in calories total. Although I have spent well - the whole day in the fresh air, swimming, sunbathing - it is actively spent time.
As I said, Saturday - a day of relaxation and chitmila, calories do not count. In the morning, I ate scrambled eggs and cheese sandwich with chocolate, and then the whole day in nature are kebabs, but eating habit chicken skewers, vegetables, watermelon - and does not want me once favorite barbecue pork - here's how to change the tastes okoloPP.
And we tried mushrooms that are themselves collected and pickled recently. When harvested and prepared with their own hands - twice tastier!
But on Sunday I spent almost the whole day at home, resting. Only during the day for a walk, having just 6000 steps.
On Sunday, back to counting calories and okoloPP.
The breakfast consisted of sandwiches for wholemeal bread (60 g) with fish pate (40 g) and 2 cherry tomatoes and chocolate cheese (50 g). Sandwiches eaten by green tea with jasmine and drank all Vitaminka and omega-3.
Breakfast is turned on 360 kcal.

Coming back from a walk we went for a watermelon, it was too good watermelons and while a novelty - all eat willingly. It is necessary to enjoy the moment.
Snack - 600 g watermelon - 150 kcal.
For lunch I had a buckwheat on -kupecheski (300 g), prepared me before the weekend. Just enough for me to lunch with tomatoes.
Lunch turned on 360 kcal.
In the afternoon (after an hour) I drank tea with 20 g of rye crisp bread and chocolate 40 g of cheese - 170 kcal.
Oh, how difficult it is to resist and not to eat the entire chocolate cheese - it is very tasty!
And after dinner I worn out so I slept for two and a half hours. When it was, so I slept in the afternoon! Apparently I needed this weekend.
my dinner consisted of 130 grams of chicken breast (left kebab from Saturday) and 100 g of tomatoes.
Through an hour after dinner was even watermelon - 600
All turned out to dinner 325 kcal.
Sleep beds through 3 hours after watermelon.
So, for the whole day (Sunday) was typed 1365 kcal.
I drink water and green tea actively and to the surprise after Saturday barbecue and mead was not strong edema, although I was waiting for them.
