Doctor and TV presenter Elena Malysheva told how to cook sweets that will not let you get fat - so even those who are losing weight can eat.

What can you eat?

According to Malysheva, the best dessert is ice cream. Moreover, you can find quite low-calorie ones, which definitely will not cause extra pounds - sorbet, frozen fruit juice or puree.

But it is better to cook it yourself to be sure of the quality of the ingredients used.

The recipe is simple:

  • Take your favorite berries or fruits.
  • Beat in a blender.
  • Distribute the resulting mixture into molds and leave in the freezer for a while.

In addition, you can make classic ice cream based on cream - it will be much healthier than store-bought.

The main thing is not to use sugar. Instead, it is better to use stevia (a plant from the leaves of which a natural sweetener is made).

According to Malysheva, stevia has practically no calories, which means that its use will not cause fat to appear.

Similarly, stevia can be used to make chocolate cream. And to reduce the calorie content, butter should be replaced with curd cheese. It will also help you shed those extra pounds.

It is also easy to cook it yourself using stevia - in this case, the calorie content will be reduced by almost 3 times.

As Malysheva notes, when preparing sweet dishes, replacing sugar with natural sweeteners, you can make delicious and, most importantly, body-safe desserts.

It is the regular use of sweet Malyshev that he associates with the fact that many Russian citizens began to suffer from obesity.

According to her, sweets should stop being a daily meal - they should be consumed rarely.
